About

Hello Fellow Human!
(You are human if you successfully selected all traffic lights in Captcha)

Welcome to my website!

I am a postdoctoral research associate in an aging research lab at Brown University in Rhode Island, USA, with a PhD in plant molecular biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. My work revolves around unraveling the molecular secrets of life and aging, exploring ways to slow the relentless march of time at the cellular level.

My research is focused on exploring how we can delay the inevitable march of time and its damaging effects on biological systems. Previously, I completed my thesis on the role of an E3 ligase in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, a critical part of the cell's Ubiquitin Proteasome System. My diverse experience includes working with Cryo-electron Microscopy (CryoEM), Membrane Proteins, Protein Crystallography, Host-Pathogen Interaction, and Human Stem Cells.

Beyond the lab, I'm a science enthusiast, dreamer, and occasional philosopher—a curious mind drawn to spirituality, memes, and the mysteries of the universe. My interests stretch from economics, politics, and stock investing to astronomy and space-time—because why limit curiosity?

Outside science, I'm an avid traveler and photographer, constantly adding new lenses (both literal and metaphorical) to my collection. I write short stories, poems, and sarcasm—the latter being a language I'm fluent in. When not lost in research or existential musings, you'll find me drawing caricatures, playing chess, or being socially awkward yet paradoxically talkative.

If you're here, you probably share an interest in science, storytelling, or the art of questioning everything—welcome aboard! 🚀
